An introduction to the law of contracts
|
Review
The organization of the material is quite good. Taking a contract from beginning to end is a very logical approach to learning about contracts. There is no extraneous material. The depth of the content is also quite appropriate.
I would probably consider adopting the book even without changes, as it looks like a very interesting and easy to read book on contract law targeted specifically for paralegals, and such a book is fairly rare right now.

Do not buy this book used without the computer codes if you are going to be using an online supplement - it either will not have codes or they will be expired and you will have to pay extra to buy them from the publisher.

Takes you through the various permutations (of contracts) in a way that continually elevates the tension...like a good thriller. The examples elucidate the subtleties of the quagmire while enticing you in deeper. A bomb!!
